Northern Spotted Owl

Also known as the "Speckled Hooting Cat of the North". Found in British Columbia, Washington, Oregon and along the west coast as far down as San Fransisco. It's body is 24 inches long with a wingspan of 44 inches. This depiction is life-sized, in relief style. It is made of 20 gauge steel, with the feathers individually cut, assembled and arc welded.
